These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at Spartanresearchlaboratory.com (the “Website”) and the purchase or use of any products or services offered by Spartan Research Laboratory LLC (“Spartan Research Laboratory”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, by creating an account, or by placing an order with Spartan Research Laboratory, you (“you”, “User”, or “Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 22 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or purchase any products from Spartan Research Laboratory.
You represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• You are accessing and using the Website on your own behalf or on behalf of a legitimate business or research entity, and, if acting for an entity, you have authority to bind that entity.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
• All registration and order information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not located in, and will not direct products to, any jurisdiction in which such products or services are prohibited by applicable law.
Age and eligibility representations are conditions of purchase. A self-attestation of age or research status does not waive any verification we may require, and we may refuse or cancel any order where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
All products sold by Spartan Research Laboratory are strictly intended for laboratory, research, or analytical purposes only. They are not intended or approved for human consumption, medical treatment, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, drug use, cosmetic use, fitness or wellness use, food use, household use, or veterinary use.
By purchasing or using our products, you expressly agree that:
• You understand the nature and potential hazards of the materials supplied.
• You are a qualified research professional, or an authorized purchaser procuring on behalf of a qualified research entity, with the necessary training to handle such materials safely and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and institutional requirements.
• You will not use, allow, or encourage the use of any Spartan Research Laboratory product for human or animal administration or for any other unauthorized purpose.
• You will implement appropriate safety, handling, storage, and disposal procedures.
Products may not be purchased by individuals for personal, household, cosmetic, fitness, wellness, medical, veterinary, or recreational purposes. Products are made available only to qualified research professionals and authorized research entities for legitimate laboratory or research use. You represent that you are not purchasing for, and will not transfer products to, any person who intends to administer them to a human or animal or to use them for any purpose other than the product’s intended research purpose.
Content on the Website, including product descriptions, documentation, emails, chat responses, or any other communication from Spartan Research Laboratory, is provided for informational and organizational purposes only and does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, legal, or professional advice. We make no claims regarding the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition.
Spartan Research Laboratory does not provide and will not provide instructions, recommendations, or guidance regarding reconstitution, dosing, administration, injection, human or animal use, protocols, treatment, diagnosis, safety for human or animal use, or any similar use-related matter. Any request for such guidance will be declined. You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of products for your intended lawful research purposes and for obtaining any necessary approvals, licenses, or clearances.
You must create an account to place orders; guest checkout is not permitted. Account registration requires age verification, selection of a qualifying research business type, and affirmative acknowledgment of these Terms. By checking the acceptance box (or any equivalent mechanism) at account creation or checkout, you provide your electronic signature and agree to be bound by these Terms then in effect. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Restricting access to your account and devices; and
• All activities that occur under your account.
Spartan Research Laboratory reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including where misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
• All prices listed on the Website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, products, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products; acceptance occurs only when we confirm the order and receive cleared payment.
• We may refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected unauthorized use, regulatory risk, or pricing or inventory errors.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Spartan Research Laboratory or its payment processors to charge the payment method provided for all orders placed.
Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or misuse of the payment process may result in account termination, reporting to payment processors, and legal action where appropriate.
Spartan Research Laboratory currently ships only within the United States. We do not accept orders for shipment outside the United States.
• Orders are shipped to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete.
• Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
• Transit delays and carrier errors are outside of our control. We are not liable for delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Although risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier, Spartan Researg Laboratory may, at its sole discretion, assist with carrier issues or provide a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or other resolution. Any such accommodation is made at our sole discretion and does not alter the allocation of risk set out above.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and related materials, all sales are considered final once shipped, except as otherwise provided in this Section or as we may determine at our sole discretion.
If you believe you have received (a) the wrong product, (b) goods damaged upon arrival, or (c) a materially defective item, you must contact us in writing at mailto: support@ironaminos.com within three (3) business days of delivery, with order details and clear evidence (e.g., photographs). We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit, refund, or other resolution. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products. Any accommodation we extend in a particular case is made at our sole discretion and does not modify these Terms or create an obligation to do so in any other case.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, relabel, repackage, re-export, or otherwise divert any Spartan Research Laboratory product, in whole or in part, for human or animal use, for personal or household use, or for any purpose other than the product’s intended research purpose. You further agree not to market, advertise, or represent any Spartan Research Laboratory product as suitable for human or animal consumption, treatment, or administration. You are responsible for the conduct of any party to whom you transfer a product and for ensuring any such transfer complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Any certificates of analysis, testing documents, or batch records that we provide are furnished for informational and quality-control documentation only and do not constitute medical, safety, suitability, efficacy, or regulatory-approval claims. They do not represent that any product is approved for, or safe or suitable for, human or animal use.
Spartan Research Laboratory is not responsible for product issues caused by third-party solvents, diluents, reconstitution solutions, storage conditions, handling methods, contamination, improper laboratory technique, or use outside the product’s intended research purpose. Responsibility for proper storage, preparation, handling, and use rests solely with you.
You are solely responsible for:
• Ensuring that the purchase, possession, handling, and use of any product from Iron Aminos complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations;
• Obtaining any permits, licenses, approvals, or institutional authorizations required for your work; and
• Ensuring that products are used only by qualified individuals in appropriate facilities.
Spartan Research Laboratory does not assume responsibility for misuse, unlawful use, or use in violation of these Terms or any applicable regulation.
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the U.S. Department of Commerce. You represent that you are not identified on any U.S. government restricted-party list and that you will not export, re-export, transfer, or divert any product in violation of such laws or for any prohibited end-use.
All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, product names, layouts, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Spartan Research Laboratory and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to:
• Use the Website or products for any unlawful, unsafe, or unauthorized purpose;
• Use, administer, or encourage others to use products for human or animal consumption, treatment, or administration;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website, its servers, or security features; or
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse Website infrastructure or data.
By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including transactional emails relating to your account and orders, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you opt in to marketing emails or text (SMS) messages, you consent to receive such messages at the email address or telephone number you provide, including messages sent using automated systems. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply.
You may revoke consent to marketing calls or texts at any time by any reasonable method. For text messages, you may revoke consent by replying with “STOP”, “QUIT”, “END”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, “OPT OUT”, or “REVOKE”, or by any other reasonable means that clearly conveys your request. We will honor revocation requests within a reasonable time not to exceed ten (10) business days. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR RESULTS. SPARTAN RESEARCH LABORATORY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY PRODUCT IS SAFE OR SUITABLE FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL USE. SPARTAN RESEARCH LABORATORY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR FREE FROM TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPARTAN RESEARCH LABORATORY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Website;
• Your purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product; or
• Any actions taken in reliance upon information from the Website or our communications.
IN ALL CASES, SPARTAN RESEARCH LABORATORY TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO SPARTAN RESEARCH LABORATORY FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spartan Research Laboratory and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
• Your use or misuse of the Website or products;
• Your resale, transfer, relabeling, or diversion of any product;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
This indemnity covers claims arising from your use, misuse, resale, transfer, relabeling, or diversion of any product, your violation of these Terms, and your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party. It does not require you to indemnify any Indemnified Party for that party’s own negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, or services, provided for convenience only. Spartan Research Laboratory does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any product shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). To the extent a Customer is deemed a consumer under applicable law, the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules shall apply; for all other disputes, the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules shall apply. The arbitration shall be seated in Pasco County, Florida; provided that, where a Customer is deemed a consumer under applicable law, the arbitration may be held in the Customer’s home county or by remote or virtual hearing as provided under the applicable AAA rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND SPARTAN RESEARCH LABORATORY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THIS CLASS-ACTION WAIVER IS INTENDED TO BE SEVERABLE FROM, AND TO SURVIVE THE INVALIDITY OF, THE ARBITRATION PROVISION.
Exceptions and venue. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida (or, to the extent a Customer is deemed a consumer under applicable law, the courts of the Customer’s home county where required by law), and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-action waiver provision by sending written notice to
within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Spartan Research Laboratory shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic or epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labor disputes, carrier delays, supply-chain disruptions, utility or telecommunications failures, or interruptions of the internet.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. Spartan Research Laboratory may freely assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Spartan Research Laboratory. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision, nor of our right to enforce it later.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination or expiration of these Terms shall so survive, including but not limited to Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, and 22.
Spartan Research Laboratory reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date, and the changes will take effect as of that date for prospective transactions. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice (for example, by email to the address associated with your account or by a notice on the Website) and, where appropriate, ask you to re-acknowledge the revised Terms before your next purchase. Changes will not apply retroactively to a completed order. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of products after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with any policies or notices referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spartan Research Laboratory regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
